In 2016, real estate developer, Jair Lynch, began construction on what was formerly The Meridian Hill Hotel. Originally purchased by the French to build an embassy, the U.S. government eventually bought the site back to erect housing for women supporting the war efforts during WW2.
After changing hands several times and several decades later, my team was asked to support branding efforts in transforming this historic structure into luxury apartments, paying homage to it’s past, while inspiring it’s future.
